Space Docker VR - Privacy Policy
This policy relates to data collected and handled via usage of the application Space Docker VR (SDVR) by us (Cat Commandos Ltd). We take privacy and information security seriously and aim to collect only the data required to provide services to you and to improve the products that we offer.
Information We Collect and How it is Gathered
We collect information automatically when you play SDVR, including the following items:
- Platform Username and ID (i.e. Steam ID, Oculus ID).
- Platform ID of friends who also own SDVR.
- Your IP Address.
- Information about your hardware:
- CPU Model and Frequency, GPU Model, Total System Memory.
- Operating System Version.
- Virtual Reality Hardware.
How We Use Your Information
We use the above information in the following ways:
- To provide functionality in SDVR through online leaderboards.
- To generate anonymised statistics relating to player counts, coarse locality and system information.
Under the General Data Protection Regular (GDPR), the lawful basis we rely on for processing this information are:
- Our contractual obligation to provide services within SDVR.
- Our legitimate interest in improving SDVR and other products.
How We Store Your Information
We store your information in a database managed by Microsoft via their PlayFab service. All information related to statistics is removed after 30 days; this means we do not retain your system information or IP Address beyond this time.

We do not share your information with third parties.
Your Rights Under this Agreement
Under data protection law, you have the following rights in relation to our data collection:
- Right of Access – You may ask us for a copy of your personal information.
- Right of Correction – You may ask us to correct information which we hold on record for you.
- Right to Restrict/Object to Processing – In some circumstances you may object to certain types of processing of your data.
- Right of Erasure – You may ask us to remove certain information we possess.
